Sessions
Other things you need to know:
- Your session will take 30 minutes.
- You will use six toning chairs each lasting 5 minutes.
- The chairs are easy to mount & dismount.
- Each chair works a different primary & secondary muscle group.
- We recommend using the chairs 2-3 times a week.
- You will need to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, ideally trousers. (No Jeans or studded clothing).
- You will not need to remove your shoes.
- There will always be a trained member of staff on hand to offer guidance & assistance.
- Regular assessments (free of charge) ensure that the programme is tailored to your needs and mobility level.
- There is a also a lounge area for members use, with hot & cold refreshments.
