How do toning chairs work |
6 toning chairs that provide a total body workout in just 30 minutes. Enabling double the amount of movement, they are the latest generation of multi-functional Power Assisted equipment, that aide inch loss & improves body tone without muscle strain or fatigue, whilst gently working heart & lungs. Unlike conventional fitness equipment, our chairs don't rely totally on muscle power. Instead, with motor & microchip technology, they work your muscles rather than you working the machine. You can apply as much effort as you wish or as little as you are able and exercise with confidence |

Where can I find Tone-A-Cise? |
We are at 19-21 Kingston Road, opposite the train station car park. |

When can I expect to see results? |
Ideally you should visit the Salon 2 or 3 times a week. Using the salon at least twice per week, we have seen results within 6-8 weeks |

Who is going to monitor my progress? |
There will always be a trained member of staff on hand to offer guidance & assistance. |

What is the price per session? |
Session prices start from just £5 Discount for a block of 10 Membership from £80 Details of the terms are available upon request. |

Is there a weight restriction? |
No |

Is an appointment always necessary? |
No however it is preferable, as it does ensure that you do not have to wait, you don't miss out on part of the circuit or have a wasted journey. |
